Practicum Orientation Wednesday, September 10, 2025 Agency Fair Friday, September 12, 2025 Application Due Monday, September 15, 2025 Career Services Resume and Cover Letter Workshop Friday, October 3, 2025 Workplace Proposal Due Monday, October 13, 2025 NOTE: Attending the Field Orientation is mandatory for all students seeking a Winter 2026 placement. Priority during the placement process will be given to students who attend. Additionally, students in the BSW program are required to attend the Career services Resume and Cover Letter Workshop.

Applications and Documentation Required for Practicums
Students are strongly advised to make and keep personal copies of all placement documentation for their long-term records. Student placement files held by the School of Social Work are not retained beyond a 5-year period following graduation.
